1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to ReviewFlo. By accessing our website, purchasing our templates, or employing our review setup services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ReviewFlo specializes in the design, construction, and deployment of serverless customer feedback and review systems for local storefronts. Our service workflow includes:

  • Registration of a custom brand-relevant domain through GoDaddy (or other registrars).
  • Configuration of nameservers and edge proxy rules using Cloudflare.
  • Setup of serverless redirection and template routing on Vercel and GitHub.
  • Integration of direct feedback pipelines logging to customer-owned Google Sheets via Apps Script.

3. Account Registration & Domains

To facilitate the setup of your custom review pipeline, ReviewFlo registers custom domains and Gmail accounts on your behalf.

Upon receipt of full payment, full ownership credentials of the registered Gmail address, GoDaddy domain account (including nameservers), and Vercel hosting projects are transferred directly to you. It is the client's sole responsibility to maintain payment renewals for the GoDaddy domain name after the initial acquisition period has expired.

4. Hosting Costs & Zero-Maintenance Model

ReviewFlo builds products utilizing serverless edge technologies (Vercel CDN, Cloudflare Workers, and Google Sheets API).

These platforms offer robust free tier options which cover normal local business volume. Consequently, we provide the review system template layout with zero hosting overhead. However, if third-party providers alter their pricing policies or if your collection volume exceeds their free tier limits, you may incur fees directly from those platforms. ReviewFlo is not responsible for any such fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

ReviewFlo relies entirely on third-party infrastructure (Google Sheets, Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Vercel, and GitHub).

We are not liable for any service outages, API changes, account suspensions, or data loss occurring on these external platforms. The review collection forms and spreadsheet setups are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Amendments to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service templates, styling, or workflow structures with or without notice. Terms of service updates will be published directly on this page with an adjusted date.
