1. Data Protection & Privacy
We adhere to the DPDP Act 2023, GDPR, and CCPA. Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit. We never sell your personal data.
2. No Refund Policy
No refund is provided for partial months. Delivered one-time Design Review Reports are non-refundable. Annual plans offer refunds only within the first 30 days.
3. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting a template review to ReviewFlo, you grant us a licence to display it on our platform and marketing materials.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
ReviewFlo retains account profile data for the duration of your active subscription plus 3 years. Customers may request early deletion of their data at any time by contacting our privacy team.
5. Secure Sub-processors
We partner with industry-leading infrastructure providers. ReviewFlo relies on AWS for secure cloud hosting, Razorpay/Stripe for PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processing, and Cloudflare for security.
6. Cookies & Tracking Policy
ReviewFlo uses strictly necessary cookies for platform authentication and security. Performance and marketing cookies are only deployed if you explicitly grant consent through our cookie manager.
7. Intellectual Property & Code Protection
All source code, templates, and platform assets are the exclusive intellectual property of ReviewFlo. Any unauthorized copying, theft, or use of our code without explicit consent is strictly prohibited. If we find that our code or designs have been stolen or misappropriated, we will take immediate and strict legal action.
